📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert tax advice and guidance to ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies that minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial performance.
  • Work closely with the finance team, business units, and external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and provide recommendations for adjustments to tax policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of tax returns, including corporate, individual, and payroll taxes.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on tax-related matters.
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax filings.
  • Monitor and analyze tax-related risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for mitigation and exploitation.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate, individual, and payroll taxes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Certification in tax-related fields (e.g., CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
