📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Build and maintain positive relationships with potential candidates and clients.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
