Baratier Development is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, conducting internal audits, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial reporting and audit support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in accordance with GAAP and company policies.,Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.,Maintain and update financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Provide training and support to junior accountants and finance team members.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
