The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food, ensuring the quality and safety of the food, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the quality and safety of the food by following food safety protocols.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Manage inventory and order food supplies as needed.,Train and supervise kitchen staff, including dishwashers and cooks.,Prepare and present food in a professional and timely manner.,Adhere to health and safety regulations and standards.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen procedures and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Experience with preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Ability to manage and supervise kitchen staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
