📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact financial services operations,Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies,Monitor and report on risk exposures and trends,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices,Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into business processes,Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes,Provide training and guidance to staff on risk management principles

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the financial services industry,Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies,Proficiency in risk assessment tools and techniques,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and financial services industry is a plus
