📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support business decisions.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and reconciliation of accounts.
• Support the finance team in maintaining and updating financial databases and systems.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department, including managing correspondence and coordinating with external auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, with English proficiency a plus.
