📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the General Manager in making strategic decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the company.,Oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, including but not limited to, finance, human resources, and operations.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve company objectives and targets.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the company's performance and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with financial management and human resources practices.
