📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the property's infrastructure operates efficiently.,Conduct inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.,Maintain and repair equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and replacements.,Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.,Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in property maintenance or a related field.,Knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with maintenance software and tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
