Camp New Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As an Assistant Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and wants to develop their sales and customer service skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information, answering customer inquiries, and processing orders.,Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, polite, and professional in all interactions.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space, including stocking products, organizing displays, and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.,Assist in inventory management by counting stock, restocking shelves, and reporting any discrepancies.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, both in-store and through social media and email marketing.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support to the sales team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and social media platforms.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
