📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process all financial transactions accurately and efficiently,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with integrity and confidentiality,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions,Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed,Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless patient experience,Follow all company policies and procedures related to financial transactions and customer service,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
