📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage patient check-ins, including appointment scheduling and cancellations.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services and procedures.
• Coordinate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.
• Assist with patient records and documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
• Promote our clinic's services and special offers to patients and the community.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a pleasant environment for patients and staff.
• Adhere to Hana Clinics' policies and procedures, promoting a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
