📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage inventory levels and orders.,Implement and monitor warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.,Manage warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.
