📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Ensure all financial transactions are processed correctly and promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.,Train and develop team members to enhance their performance.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and submit accurate reports on daily cash transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Proven experience in managing and supervising a team.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and financial software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred.,Proficient in using Indonesian and English languages.
