📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling and performance.,Develop and implement menus that align with our brand and customer preferences.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Participate in cost control measures to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
