📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of leading and managing operations teams.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
