📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily preparation of pastries, ensuring high quality and consistency.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to maintain high standards in the kitchen.,Ensure all pastries are presented beautifully to attract customers.,Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are fresh and well-stocked.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure pastries are prepared in time for service.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
