Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies,Develop and implement training programs for operational staff,Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English
