Star Store Lestari is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of products to stores.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.,Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide support to the team during peak periods or special events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operations or logistics role.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian both written and spoken.
