📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide exceptional sales support and guidance to the sales team.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Experience with remote work is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
