📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and well-organized restaurant.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Implement and maintain health and safety standards in the restaurant.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and service.,Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
