📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific section within the organization.,Ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinating with team members to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the section.,Providing leadership and guidance to team members, helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential.,Monitoring the performance of the section and making recommendations for improvement.,Ensuring that all relevant policies and procedures are followed and that the section is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Representing the section at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related discipline.,At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.,A deep understanding of the industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.,Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,A proactive and results-driven approach to work, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
