📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for our restaurant.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet our company's standards and culture.,Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.,Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure candidate suitability.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Passion for food and a keen eye for talent.
