📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotions.,Participate in sales meetings and conferences to network and build industry relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
