Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high productivity and job satisfaction.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.,Ensure that all safety regulations and quality standards are met, and that all workers are trained and equipped to work safely.,Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to ensure that projects are completed successfully.,Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and other relevant information.,Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.,Ensure that all construction materials and equipment are procured, stored, and used in accordance with company policies and procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
