Easy Village Jaya is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team in Balikpapan. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start right away. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and cash handling, and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring their satisfaction and needs are met.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper change is given to customers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and sales.,Assist in stock management by ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.,Promote store products and services to customers, up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Follow all store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good mathematical and numerical skills, with the ability to handle cash accurately.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.,Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
