📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
