📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of all bars and lounges, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with bartenders and staff to create and implement a signature cocktail menu that reflects the unique flavors of Bali.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of service and product knowledge.
• Monitor sales and revenue, and develop strategies to increase profitability.
• Collaborate with the hotel's management team to ensure seamless integration of beverage services with overall guest experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas to keep our beverage program fresh and exciting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-maintained environment in all bars and lounges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on bar and beverage operations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation, with a passion for creating innovative and unique drink offerings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both staff and guests.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management software, such as MICROS or similar.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Previous experience working in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting is a strong advantage.
