📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including corporate conferences, weddings, galas, and cultural festivals.
• Coordinate with vendors, including venues, caterers, and entertainment providers, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event budgets and ensure they are executed within the allocated funds.
• Oversee event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and security.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually stunning and engaging event materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event production or event management.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing high-profile events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event planning software, such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
