In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and environmental specialists, to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with international and national regulations, and for driving continuous improvement in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic planning and development of marine infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with the company’s vision and goals.
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing marine infrastructure to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Manage and coordinate marine infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marine infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with international and national regulations and standards related to marine infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement in marine infrastructure operations, focusing on safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and contractors.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and events to promote best practices and innovation in marine infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marine infrastructure development and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex marine infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of international and national regulations and standards related to marine infrastructure.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
