📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the injection molding plant, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the injection molding industry.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing injection molding processes.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
