As the Financial and Tax Manager at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and providing financial advice to senior management. You'll work closely with the accounting team to prepare financial statements, analyze financial data, and develop budgets and forecasts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including filing and paying taxes on time.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against these targets.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management on financial matters.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
