📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the dealing team, ensuring the highest standards of execution and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the dealing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and develop tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the dealing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of dealing services with overall business objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in dealing, trading, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of success in leading a high-performing dealing team.
• Strong understanding of Futures, FX, and OTC derivatives markets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using dealing and trading platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and Tradeweb.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
