📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist dentists in performing dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions, under the supervision of a licensed dentist.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
• Take and develop dental X-rays using digital X-ray machines and ensure proper exposure techniques.
• Administer local anesthetics and provide patient education on pre and post-procedure care.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all materials are properly stored and sterilized.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Provide exceptional patient care, addressing any concerns or questions patients may have.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest dental technologies and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Nurse or Dental Hygienist.
• Certification from a recognized dental hygiene board (e.g., American Dental Hygienists' Association).
• Proficiency in using dental equipment, including digital X-ray machines, intraoral cameras, and sterilization systems.
• Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
