As an HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures across the mall. You will work closely with management, staff, and vendors to identify and mitigate potential hazards, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions
- Provide training and guidance to staff on health, safety, and environmental matters
- Monitor and report on compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with management and staff to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Work with vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or commercial property sector
- Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Professional (OHSP) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to travel as required
