📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and clear international shipments through customs procedures, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for customs clearance.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in customs clearance.
• Stay updated with changes in customs regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff in customs clearance procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customs clearance policies and procedures.
• Use software such as FedEx Customs Clearance System, SAP, and other relevant tools to manage and track customs clearance processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of customs clearance activities to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance, international trade, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international customs regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with software such as FedEx Customs Clearance System, SAP, or other relevant tools.
• Valid customs clearance certification or equivalent experience.
