Account Officer (Marketing) - Banking Products

As an Account Officer (Marketing), you will daily engage with potential and existing customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend our banking products such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. You will also work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our products effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote our banking products.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Develop and present proposals and presentations to potential customers.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to recommend the most suitable banking products to customers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
• Familiarity with banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
