As a Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces. Your daily tasks will include room inspections, cleaning, and ensuring that all amenities are well-stocked and in good condition. You will also be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome that sets the tone for their stay.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect and clean guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces daily to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensure all amenities and supplies are well-stocked and in good condition.
• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping supervisor to manage workload and ensure efficient operations.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing linens, replacing towels, and restocking supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
• Assist in organizing and participating in team meetings to discuss cleaning schedules and improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and health regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and brooms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
