📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Analyze and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and warehousing management.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (CWM) or similar is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs procedures.
