📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in daily operations.
• Train and mentor the housekeeping team, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
• Monitor and manage the housekeeping budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure that housekeeping operations align with the overall goals and objectives of the hotel.
• Ensure that all housekeeping staff are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze housekeeping performance metrics, such as room turnaround time and guest satisfaction scores, to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a 5-star hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in using housekeeping management software, such as HMS (Hotel Management System) or similar.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all staff and guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
