We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our food manufacturing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the chance to work in either the mid or night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.,Manage and train production staff to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain a safe and clean working environment.,Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in food production or a related field.,Experience in managing a production team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with production management software.,Ability to work in mid or night shifts.,Valid food safety certification is a plus.
