As an Estimator & Tender Administrator, you will be responsible for creating detailed cost estimates and technical proposals for various construction projects. Your expertise will be crucial in securing contracts and delivering successful projects for our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Develop and submit technical proposals and tender documents in response to client requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all technical and financial aspects of projects are accurately represented.
• Analyze and interpret project requirements to determine the most cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor project budgets and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in construction.
• Provide technical support to project teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimation and tender administration for construction projects.
• Proficient in using estimation software such as EstimateOne, Tender Management System, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
