📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM clients in China.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and manage orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the sales team and management.
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote Dunlop products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide training and support to junior sales staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tire or automotive industry.
- Proficient in Mandarin (HSK level 5 or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of OEM markets in China.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
